We are a growing property development company, and we’re looking for a reliable and skilled Block Worker to join our site team. You will play a key role in building quality homes from the ground up, including preparing subfloors and constructing durable block walls on flat, well-prepared floor plates.

What You’ll Do:

• Lay and prepare subfloors for housing developments.
• Lay blocks and build walls according to site plans and specifications.
• Work closely with other trades to ensure structures are built efficiently and safely.
• Maintain quality and accuracy in all blockwork and subfloor preparation.
• Keep the work area tidy and comply with health & safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in blockwork, bricklaying, or subfloor preparation.
• Ability to work on full-scale housing developments.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to a full-time role.
• Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
• Team player with the ability to take direction from site supervisors.
