The Role:

  • Advise on complex employment law matters, including dismissals, contracts, discrimination, and TUPE
  • Represent clients in contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Provide guidance to employers on compliance and best practices
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality legal services

The Person:

  • 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
  • Excellent drafting and advisory skills
  • Proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious caseloads
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
