The Role:

• Manage a caseload of healthcare-related litigation, including medical negligence and professional discipline cases.
• Advise healthcare clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance.
• Represent clients in inquiries, hearings, and dispute resolution processes.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5-7 years’ PQE in healthcare law, medical negligence, or professional discipline.
