We are a growing bespoke kitchen and joinery manufacturing company specialising in high-quality residential and commercial fitouts throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas. Our work includes bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, commercial joinery, healthcare projects, and custom interior fitouts, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The Role

We are seeking an Experienced Kitchen Fitter / Joiner to join our team carrying out high-end on-site installations across a range of residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering precise, high-quality workmanship while maintaining professional standards on site and working closely with the wider team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Deliver and install kitchens and bespoke joinery.
• Ensure installations are completed to high-quality standards.
• Work safely with tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with clients on site.
• Report back to the workshop on materials, issues, and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a kitchen fitter or joinery installer.
• Ability to read drawings and follow specifications accurately.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Good communication skills with clients and the workshop team.

Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
(Flexibility & overtime required occasionally)
