Site Foreman

Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will coordinate trades, supervise site activities, ensure health and safety compliance, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor health & safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
• Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Report progress, issues, and delays to project management
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site management
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Safe Pass / CSCS card (or relevant certification)
• Full driving licence

Pay: €45,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
